Today I am organising my up coming week at the gym.
I am washing all my clothes and gear, a typical Sunday occupation for myself! 🙂
I am also researching new exercises and downloading everything to my iPhone.
I like to structure the videos in to albums of what I will be doing each day, feeling 100% prepared since I do not have a personal trainer helping me out.
The videos I find on Instagram and I use the app “Instagrab” to download them. Super easy!
Lately I have felt less motivation when I do my running and I realised it is because I started to get bored of the music I listen to.
So today I am also finding new music to download which will keep me going.
But I need specific type of music, because even If I can find a song that is pleasant to listen to – it does not get me going like the beast I need to be.
The music that makes me want to keep on running is latin house or merengue.
Haha, I love it. I need my latin beats to keep me pumped up other wise I get bored!
So yeah, this is my Sunday activity – re structuring my gym life! 🙂
Btw, I must say I do find Jet set Babes be a great inspiration because they really show – every single one of them – that you must go to the gym if you want a fit body.
Even if many seem to have good genes, the maintenance is just as important! Hard work is what makes you fit!
Exercise should be prioritised just like food and sleep!
This is something I have read in psychology books because it stabilises our stress levels, boosts us with the endorphins and harmonises our mind. Hell yeah! Can’t wait to hit my session tomorrow morning 😉
