Remember to join in as many activities as possible, even ones you wouldn’t naturally be inclined to join. Try a pottery class or going to pilates once or twice a week. You could even join a running team or a society local to your community. Participate in work events and seize every opportunity to network and meet new people. The butterfly effect will surprise you!
