Let’s do this morning run!

6.30 am: I’ve kick started my get fit-plan, I’m back in business girls! It’s 6.30 am and I’m off to do my morning run, followed by 300 reps of ab exercises and 200 squats. When my mind is set it’s set, counting down to get that killer body starting now! Here we go!
