Jetset Recipe (low calorie & carb free)

This is my number one craving at the moment. It’s delicious (I swear I can eat tons of this), it’s very fast to make and it’s H-E-A-L-T-H-Y as hell!

Broccoli with Ricotta & Parmigiano (Parmesan). You can eat it as a main dish or to fish or a piece of chicken. The best part is that this is a low calorie and completely carb free dish. I love it, have been eating it for many days now as you can literally stuff yourself without having those extra calories.

Fry some onion with garlic and chili in Extra virgin olive oil. (You can skip onion or chili if you’re out of it, but don’t skip garlic as it adds a nice flavor). One it’s golden you add the broccoli and fry together for a minut. Then add one beef stock together a glas of warm water. Put a lid on the pan and let it steam and simmer for 5-10 min. When 70% of the water is gone, switch off, add the ricotta and parmesan and ster it together. How much to add depends on your taste, but it should be all creamy and nice. Voilá, ready!
