How is it going with those new years resolutions?

I can with all honesty say that 2018 was my most inactive year in a long time. I’m not going to list the numerous excuses I have for this, but it has been burdening me heavily throughout 2018 as I wasn’t feeling my very best as a result.


To be fair, I think it was a good lesson I learned from. I have in recent months been craving to put my work-out life back in order again.


Remembering those days when I always started my day with 1 hour of exercise, always set a positive tone for the rest of my day. I felt energized, on top of my game and ready to conquer anything that would come my way! My life felt great, and as a big bonus: I looked great.


But sadly, all this is just a memory from the past.

Instead, my mental self has been feeling sluggish, with anxiety attacks and constant feelings of being tired. And when it comes to how my body slowly downgraded in terms of appearance; let’s not even go there!


In December I decided to do something about it. I knew that new years resolutions were around the corner, but I didn’t want to do something for 2 weeks and then forget about it. So I started my new habit challenge with myself, which people can still follow on my Instagram IGTV.


The goal is to commit to this habit as a part of your life. The same way I commit to brushing my teeth every morning or taking a shower, I want to commit to exercising for 1 hour each day.


But I will share more with you in the next post about my new year’s resolutions. Because they’re all about self-care this year, and training is one of the fundamental things we do towards self-care.

  2. I have noticed long time ago that you like women that are way too thin, anorexic, dry and even a little boy-ish looking. Those bodies you like are either 1. look famished and exhausted from hunger and if it`s not your natural body type, it`s not healthy to starve yourself that much especially if you train meanwhile cause you`ll just end up exhausted/ oR 2. toned like demivika but that low percentage of body fat does not look very good and healthy on woman and most women loose their period with this low % of body fat. Nika Mariana has no curves and she looks like a twig. Nothing sexy about that. And some of your other idols look of but only on pictures where they chose the angle very acurately.

    I don`t have to look at noone but myself for my dosis of inspiration, but I like other type of bodies – more full, feminine and voluptuos looking. I think there are more than one type of beautiful bodies. There is a type like @giagenevieve who`s more voluptuous but with amazing and very sexy body and there are more lean and toned yet sexy bodies like @Milica Polskaya or @jeannemariefit. They look great. Those one you are showing here do nothing for me. :/
