Getting that Gym Inspiration

Tip if you need Gym inspiration.

– Try some clothes on in the dressing rooms of department stores. They have amazing light that will magnify every little cellulite of your body. Take a look at yourself in the mirrors and walk out with the lowest confidence ever.

I did this the other day, as I’m usually an online shopper and never have to face the harsh reality of dressing rooms; I’ve now got myself a sweet reality check. Signing up for the gym next week. Hell yeah.

  1. question-i’m working out 5-6 days a week, don’t eat crap, my body became toned but I lost only 2 kilos-I have been working out since december?
Anyone have similar experience? what should I do to lose more weight?

  2. thank you for this ‘inspiration’ – it is just so true! it hit me the other day as well, especially the cellulite! do you know anything apart from exercise & ‘good food’ that helps lessening the appearence of cellulite on thighs and bum?

concerning the second comment on that article: I just would recommend not measuring your weight loss progress in kg (i.e. weighing yourself) but measuring it in body fat percentage. this is far more accurate! it is quite likely from what your wrote that you actually lost fat, but through exercise & protein rich ‘good foods’ you probably gained a bit muscle weight (which weigh more than fat ;). however, muscles are of course beneficial, because they mayke you appear more toned and increase your metabolic rate (-> meaning you burn more calories even when you’re doing nothing, because muscles burn more calories than fat 😉 hence, try measuring your body fat percentage (there are several ways for doing it, just google what appears most suitable for you) and see how it will change over time (say 1 week, 2 weeks etc). hope it helps!

  3. Thank you for the tip:) indeed, my body is toned and looks good, i’ll try this body fat measure . I can see that i have much less fat than before i started working out .
Not to mentione my butt haha-looks awsome now!
