I’m in the end of my holidays and now taken the decision to get back on track with my healthy lifestyle.
Being away from home really put some weight back on me as I haven’t been working out properly since more than a month ago! Plus spending a lot of time with relatives who cook loads of food has been my treat (of course I’m on holiday) so I haven’t been on my usual diet either.
I think it’s fine to put weight on when you are on holiday, you have to enjoy yourself and relax when you are away. But never get carried away as it’s important to remember that weight is hard work to get rid of! I’m already warming myself up for getting back to reality by cutting out sweets, carbs and go for daily walks. Next week it’s strict running, gym & healthy diet!
