I’ve been a real piggy lately. Indulging in the bad stuff of life way too much.
Got myself a little surprise when I weighed myself and noticed a few kg’s rise. Damn it. I was so slim and slender in Bali, but after Tokyo and Kuala Lumpur it’s all been downhill.
The problem has been:
1. Very little walking and exercising. Going by car or cab everywhere!
2. Too much asian fried food.
3. Too much asian carbs in general, like rice, noodles.
4. Too much alcohol. Been drinking almost every day :S!
So I’m giving myself a little wake up call, went there for to the gym today for an entire hour on the treadmill. Need to cut down on the eating and drinking and I should be back on track very soon .
Btw. My new breakfast obsession is only having Miso soup with seaweed. I love it!! And it’s so damn healthy. Definetely brining this new habit back to Europe.
