Sunshine Cravings

01 December 2014

I know I have many readers who live in sunny parts of the world, but let me express some re-occurring thoughts:

I NEED SUN!!!

The daily dose of D-vitamin pills that I take does not replace the need for natural sunlight. The other day when I was out walking the dogs, the sun was shining so I sat down on a “mountain top” and just soaked in everything.

Wow, I could really feel the difference. It felt like I was ALIVE AGAIN! Once I left the sunshine, I felt like walking back in to my zombie self. Life in the north parts of the world is about being a robot when you don’t get that natural sunlight. For me this is not a quality of life.

But I guess I’m only complaining cause I’m so weather sensitive! Can’t F#### wait for my holiday in February. Let’s put it that way :)

Same here. I always get depression during late autumn/early winter season. Especially when there is no snow, just grey landscape and no sun. Consequently I try to cheer myself up with eating sweets then I gain weight and get more depressed than I was.
Lucky you to escape this season! 😉 I’m jealous, you will be getting tan, enjoying beach life and me will be studying for my finals. Life’s so unfair. hahaha Don’t get me wrong. I wish you all the good during your trip! Have great time!!! 😉

    btw. lyubalishnevskaya what a body!!!

I have the same issue!! Always depressed and start with my emotional eating due to it. So annoying! That’s the reason why Im really making an effort to go to the gym 5 days a week to control this emotional eating in a way. But yeah, Im happy Im escaping, if u get a chance, do it too!!

Ugh, don’t rub salt on the wounds with these pictures! The place where I live is not comparable to Northern Norway/Sweden/Finland, but even here winter lasts way too long and this is so depressing! I was recommended to take fish oil and go to a solarium, so I could survive the winter, but I need real sun and warmth, not just some short-term solutions :/

      hihi, sorry 😉
Yeah scandinavia is miserable. No matter how “good” these countries are on the paper, there is nothing better than feeling like a real person with real sunlight. Can’t believe we’re only in the beginning of the winter phase. *shoot me now*

i always wondered how my friends in sweden could cope with wintertime, they told me that they drink =]]] i am in central europe now after half a year in Spain so you can imagine my state of mind… and than i am supposed to concentrate ..sure =]] I am want to escape so badly =]]

Amazing bodies there! I also get a bit down in winter but its summer in Australia at the moment. For summer I’ll be picking up a black bikini and buying white dress, by the looks of the pics these seem to be so popular. I dont blame them, it looks amazing :D.

Hi , great blog you have here . Can’t spend a day without seeing it

one question : is there any photoshop in lyubalishnevskaya picture?
anyway I love your website . Got to go. Bye Bye

    • JetsetBabe says:

      Thank you darling <3
No I don't think she is photoshopped, I think she is just very skinny and you can see that her bone structure is very small. For example my bone structure is way bigger and I would never be able to have this body type no matter how little I ate.

What do you think?
