Help Guys!

I just discovered some cellulites growing (sounds disgusting, lol) but I’m slightly panicked. I know once they start growing then it’s like super hard to get rid of them!


How do I get rid of cellulites?

What form of exercise is the most efficient? Running? Other form of cardio? Weights? Leg excercises? WHAT ACTUALLY WORKS? :S

PLEASE HELP! I have 2.5 months to remove these fuckers.

    Hey there 😉 I’ve the same problem and did loads of research on it. If you don’t want to go for surgery, there is no way to really get rid of cellulite completely, but you can make it ‘appear’ less visible by (a) diet and (b) exercise. So I thought I might share what works for me:
    Diet: Up your protein intake (such as from chicken, fish (+ contains necessary fatty elements to keep skin elastic); no simple carbs at all (!) , no sugar at all. In terms of carbs only vegetables and some fruit (very low portions of fruit), but ensure to get enough vit. C for skin (collagen production). In terms of other ‘real’ carbs only wholegrain rice (because it has no starch).
    Exercise: mix of HIIT cardio (e.g. running for 20-30 min per day) + strength training lower body. (if you’re afraid of bulking up, these are great videos for at-home workouts I try to do every night before going to bed: it works! (all of them target lower body, even if one of the videos by Mary helen bowers says ‘total body etc'” it has a major and challenging lower body section 😉 so here are the 3 videos:
    1. (Mary helen bowers lower body)
    2. (‘total’ body sculpt’, I skip everything except for the ‘bridge exercises’)
    3. targets butt and thighs:–FRr7YUQ

    Apart from that, dry brushing skin every morning (thighs/butt in the direction of your heart, meaning from knees upwards) also helps to increase blood circulation. I do that before putting my body lotion on, after a shower). In the shower, finish with really cold water (on the ‘problem’ zones).

    I know the thing I can garuantee works 100, it is to go vegan and raw food! Have you ever seen a rawfood/vegan person with cellulites?! Didit thins so 😉 Its not just great for you spirit but for your body- One of my favorites instagram accounts are freeletthebananagirl! She also shows a lot of pree fruit and veg lifetsyle which is inspiring, she doesnt excercise a lot and she is very lean and have a great skin and glow! I can PRFOMISE you it will work 100 procent! And you will live a very happy and healthy long life aswell and always feel great! So ALOT of carbs from fruite and veggies! Dont restrict your body of the things the nature have created for us! I often have like 5 oranges for breakfast so stop seeing fruit as ” something bad”. And without even knowing about it I have already lost 5 kilos (and I was slim before) but of toxics the body have build up!

    Good Luck! And please dont listen to someone telling you to eat crap that we are not meant to be eating, or count your calories keep it simle everything the nature have given us! And as organic as possible of course!:)

    Heyy :) I got that problem a years ago +/-, but after tryings over tryings a friend of mine came up with a product (i never believed in thoose products) and convinced me to try it. Well: i’m glad to have listened to her. In about 2 months i got it down greatly. My situation was bad but it worked. Here the link of the product video 😉

    just to add: Thanks to Josefine for pointing out that the vegetarian/vegan way. I fully agree with it. I think the main points I wanted to bring across in the first comment were: If you need results quickly, it is important to combine exercise with higher protein than carbs diet. (on a short-term basis, let’s say at least 1 month). However, obviously you can get all the protein you need in a vegan/vegetarian way from certain vegetables, seeds, almond milk etc. and the necessary ‘healthy’ fats from vegetables/nuts such as avocadoes, almonds etc. hence, the principle is the same, you just need to decide for the ‘sources’ based on your own preferences…

    massage it! use a super strong vibrating massager on area everyday as long as you can! and drink lots of water and real green tea :)

    Everything can be fixed as long as ur not dead

    I’ve done Jillian Michaels workouts 5-6 times a week about 25 minutes each time. In addition or alternatively you can try Tabata training: 20 repetitions of interval running – 20 sek run, 10 sek rest, but you must give 110% when you do it. Does wonders on figure, but you need to watch your food as well. Basically what Cath says above is correct!

    It’s all based on diet. I was a vegetarian and still had noticeable cellulite. Now I lift weights 5x a week and occasionally do cardio, but it’s all about clean eating. Up your lean protein intake, add green veggies, and drink a gallon of water a day. Cut out sugars, white flour, processed foods, and limit salt intake & alcohol.

    Just to be clear from my last post …I am no longer a vegetarian. I eat chicken, fish, bison, and lean beef. By adding muscle in your glutes and hamstrings you will reduce the appearance of cellulite.

      Sorry Val, eating meat is NOT clean eating!! You don’t have to eat meat and fish again to get protein, there are many options available like Tofu, Quorn, Tempura, nuts and broccoli. Broccoli has 80% protein than actual meat! Shocking to know but it’s all in the China Study Diet Book

      I find that eating healthy 80% is important and 20% exercise, it is about what you eat to get rid of cellulite and obviously target the areas with exercise plans that you want firming up.

        clean eating also means animal protein but preferably bio one I doeat clean and I eat meat also beans for that purpose this diet is for me what works the best and is sustainable I also used to vegetarian like 15 yr ago for small period even vegan I still eat lots of vegetables and fruits

    You have to activate your blood circulair to take away the acces fat in your upper legs and bum.
    By hard massage and body scrub.
    Also you can stay under cold water for at least a minute with the problem areas after showering. “hardcore, but it works”

    No coffee!
    No alcohol!

    Green tea is really good to fight cellulite.
    Also is pineapple or fresh pineapple juice.

    Mine is getting a lot better since iv’e done these things…

    Hi there,
    i got it and i got rid of it few times already, its no miracle
    1. get rid of fat – no fat no cellulite, this doesnt mean to starve yourself this means to get rid of the fat the healthy way by exercising – best way running and some hiit/own wight exercise, also get flexible
    2. massage it, every time after shower before i dry myself i put lotion – the one which works for you for me it is garnier for damaged skin (the red one) and use this massage brush×278.jpg and do it like 5-10 minutes each leg and do it even if it hurts (careful those with vein problems) is like lymphatic drainage massage (friend of mine used to have these they help as well – the same principle) but this is for free and everyday

    and yes all the smoking drinking ….doesnt make anybody any good but u dont have to be scientist to figure that out

    People are different but in my case the only thing what really worked was combining 3-4 times going to body pump with some light cardio exercise. Cardio on it’s own doesn’t work on me. :s Also, keeping a healthy diet works wonders.
